The value of records is realized when they are complete, authentic, and easily retrieved. These qualities are ensured by acquiring the necessary skills to manage both paper and electronic records effectively. This course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills required for efficient records management within an organization

LEARNING OUTCOMES

- Conduct file or document surveys effectively within the organization.
- Develop and maintain an incoming and outgoing mail correspondence register.
